    Collaborate and get featured

TIDE is used daily by hundreds of researchers around the world — from plant breeders to gene therapy scientists. We highlight real experiments and collaborations powered by TIDE, and we would like to feature yours.

    What we are looking for

We are interested in sharing real-world use cases where TIDE made an important contribution to your project. We would share with the community the details and raw data of your experiment. External validation with other technologies is a big plus. We only share what you are comfortable with. If you are not sure about your freedom to share, our IP experts can advise you and discuss with your Technology Transfer Office if necessary. Here are some examples of topics we would love to hear about:

    Plant breeding & agriculture

Gene editing analysis in crops, trait optimization, or comparing editing outcomes across cultivars.

    Therapeutic targets

Exploring therapeutic targets in rare diseases, evaluating guide RNA efficiency, or analyzing editing in patient-derived cells.

    Delivery method comparisons

Comparing editing outcomes across electroporation, lipofection, viral delivery, or other methods.

    Regulatory & off-target profiling

Tracking regulatory-relevant off-target profiles, building safety documentation, or benchmarking assays.

    Fundamental research

Basic science investigations into CRISPR mechanisms, editing efficiency factors, chromatin accessibility, or DNA repair pathways.

    What you get

Your work gets featured on our website and inside the TIDE app as a mini-publication — visible to the entire TIDE community of researchers worldwide. It is a great way to gain exposure, share your findings, and connect with fellow scientists working at the cutting edge of gene editing.
